Unfortunately, at times, lack of professional commitment and unhealthy environment results in flawed feasibility studies, unfitting design, imprecise estimation and poor and cost intensive execution of the works, which not only deprive the community of their desired benefits, but also, impair the ecosystem/environment. More concerningly, the unhealthy working environment deprives of our young engineers and workforce, who are the architects of our future civilization, from mastering the professional excellence.
